How did you get your start in the industry?
Worked for a local finance company and found my niche in the recovery of bad debt

When I am alone in the office. Mornings or evenings

There are several that I track/follow but locally, Haley McLemore and Dick Williams.
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
Hire people smarter than me.
What do you like most about this industry?
I like that I can do what I enjoy and provide financial security for my family. The camaraderie of members and the help provided by ACA International

Describe a typical work day
Arrive at work between 6:30-8:30 and leave at 5:30-6:30. Mostly behind the scenes unexciting managerial stuff.

Success is the progression of a worthy goal or ideal and failure is life’s greatest teacher.

Pride and Prejudice….. Just kidding, “Making Jack Falcone” an FBI/Mafia book.
