Ogden, Utah— Today, PDCflow announced their first-ever attendance at the Debt Connection Symposium and Expo (DCS) 2018. The Accounts Receivable Payment Hub software will be exhibiting at booth 202. PDCflow’s Customer Relationship Manager Jeremy Fong and Chief Operations Officer Matthew Snedden will be discussing all things payments, with a focus on Web Chat Payments, Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment, and their new Chargeback Guarantee.
“We’re excited to exhibit at the DCS this year,” says Fong. “Branching out to different events gives us the opportunity meet new people and bring our ever-improving payment solutions to collection industry professionals.”
DCS2018 is a unique show structured to maximize education, meeting and networking opportunities for attendees. The conference will include a general session, fast track presenters, and a networking lunch. Following this, there will be many other educational opportunities covering trending topics, and small group and breakout sessions for a more personal learning experience.
This year’s show advertises three main themes for discussion: collections, compliance and accountability. PDCflow is eager to be part of the conversation. They look forward to educating businesses on the role their optimized payment workflows can play by decreasing collection times, increasing receivables, and simplifying compliance and accountability.
PDCflow’s Payment Hub offers a single platform for Accounts Receivable teams to quickly send an invoice, collect a credit, debit or ACH payment and obtain a signature in one simple and secure workflow. The software offers text, email, chat and IVR payment channels, a customizable online payment portal and robust reporting ideal for debt collection agencies, medical billing companies, hospitals and healthcare organizations.
