FTC FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST ALLEGED DEBT COLLECTION SCAMMERS

The defendants also allegedly called the employers of individuals and other third parties and disclosed the purported debts.

SCHOOL BOARD LOOKS TO HIRE COLLECTION AGENCY TO RECOVER UNPAID LUNCH BILLS

Admitting that they do not want to do anything that embarrasses the children in school, the members of the school board admitted that hiring a collection agency may be a necessary step to recover the unpaid debts.
