Alltran has announced two new hiring binges in the past week. The company announced it plans to hire 150 workers in Tulsa, Okla., and that it will hire workers for 200 “high-paying” jobs in Bryan-College Station, Texas.
The company is hosting a job fair in Tulsa today to begin the process of filling those positions. A job fair in Bryan, Texas will be held tomorrow.
The Tulsa jobs are a result of “a long-term federal contract” moving jobs to the area from out of state, the company said in a press release announcing the hirings. The starting wage for new employees will be “$13.47 an hour with an additional $4.27 per hour to cover benefit costs,” the company said.
Alltran said its compensation package is “well above average” for similar call center jobs in and around Tulsa.
“We are excited to expand our operations in Tulsa,” said Sean Dickson, Chief Operating Officer of Alltran, in a statement. “Alltran is a great place to work. Employees can embrace our core values of being Human, Honorable, Collaborative and Focused. We are proud of the expansion opportunities available at our Tulsa Center of Excellence.”
