COURT TOSSES OUT TCPA CASE AGAINST ROBOCALL BLOCKING SERVICE
- The company that operates the Nomorobo service that aims to block robocalls from being placed to individuals can not sue a collection agency for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, according to a District Court in Illinois.
