PRIVATE EQUITY COMPANY ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF REVSPRING

  • GTCR, a private equity company, has acquired RevSpring, the billing and payment processing company. A press release announcing the acquisition says that GTCR will invest $400 million into RevSpring to “pursue growth opportunities” and “complementary acquisitions.”
