HOSPITAL SUES COLLECTION AGENCY FOR EMBEZZLEMENT
- An Illinois hospital is suing the collection agency it hired to collect on private-pay accounts receivables, alleging embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, and failing to maintain a trust account. The hospital claims it is owed more than $107,000. The suit was filed against Allied Business Accounts, which does business as Health Care Billing Services.
