Mike Frost

Mike leads the firms regulatory, compliance and virtual general counsel services. He provides counsel, consultation, complex transactional and litigation defense services to the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. Mike has also represented companies through examinations and investigations conducted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission, and various other state regulatory agencies.  He has also represented the industry and clients in lobbying efforts and on panels before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and on Capitol Hill. Mike has more than 20 years of experience and has held various leadership and executive management roles within collection agencies.  His unique experience and understanding of operational and technical aspects of the ARM businesses allows him to provide consultative services that are not available at most law firms.

Loraine Lyons

Loraine is a Partner with Malone Frost Martin law firm in Dallas. She has more than 20 years of experience working exclusively in the accounts receivable management industry. Loraine has represented the industry in lobbying efforts, has served on ACA International’s Board of Directors, is a past the president of ACA of Texas and past chair of ACA’s Members’ Attorney Program.

Heath Morgan

Porter Heath Morgan, is General Counsel for Morgan Financial Group, and a partner with Malone Frost Martin. Heath specializes in providing General Counsel and Compliance services for third party collection agencies. Heath is a third generation collection attorney and has worked in the commercial, medical, and retail AR industry for over 20 years. He is a member of ACA International’s Member Attorney Program, and a founding member of the Colorado Creditor Rights Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
