Stephen Iglesias

Stephen Iglesias is an attorney in Tampa, representing creditors in courts throughout Florida in commercial and consumer debt collections, with a practice emphasis on healthcare reimbursement. Stephen’s practice includes all aspects of legal collections, including post-judgment enforcement, garnishments, and collateral recovery. Prior to entering into private practice, Stephen served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Florida Attorney General’s Economic Crimes Division and Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. For Medicaid fraud cases brought in the Central Florida, Stephen was lead counsel in asset seizure and forfeiture efforts. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in state and federal court litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Columbia University in New York, and Southern Methodist University.
