EXPERIAN ROLLS OUT TWO NEW COLLECTIONS PRODUCTS
- Experian today announced a pair of new collection solutions, one that gives individuals more power to resolve debts in the ways that work best for them and the other that gives creditors more insights and information about how to work with individuals to collect unpaid debts. Individuals will be able to use eResolve to virtually negotiate their own payment arrangements, eliminating the need for “aggressive” collection efforts, Experian said. Meanwhile, creditors can use PowerCurve Collections to determine the best times to contact individuals, how many contact attempts to make, and through which communication channels to make those attempts.
