At the age of 15, I started as a front-line collector and loan officer for an installment lender.

What is your career highlight so far?
Settling a $3 million lawsuit for $750,000.

When or how are you most productive?
I am most productive in the mornings, after a large cup of iced coffee.

What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
Negotiate.

What do you like most about this industry?
Camaraderie with peers. This is a small industry and most of the time it feels like a large family.
