How did you get your start in the industry?
My background is in commercial litigation and product liability defense. I decided to move in-house and apply my experience to a new area of the law.

Describe a typical work day.
Each day starts with reviewing emails and correspondence, followed by the tasks I have scheduled — from drafting letters to reviewing accounts to evaluating which files to refer to our attorney network.
