So much in the industry has changed in the months since the COVID-19 pandemic struck the United States. More people — including many in the credit and collection industry — are working from home and the economic situation nationwide has shifted. A work-from-home workforce creates new security challenges and your agency needs to be proactive rather than reactive. Participating in the FCA’s annual conference will provide much-needed information to help companies succeed in the present and plan for the future.
