Congratulations goes out to a quartet of individuals who should be very recognizable names to the audience of AccountsRecovery.net for winning seats on the Board of Directors for ACA International. Dennis Barton, LaDonna Bohling, Michael Klutho, and Brian Watkins will all serve three-year terms on the board, the association announced yesterday.
All four of them have been active participants on AccountsRecovery.net, participating in webinars and sharing their perspectives in articles about compliance and other important topics. Each of them are well-respected and passionate representatives of the industry who will no doubt do a great job helping lead and steer the association and the credit and collection industry while serving on the Board.
“The ACA Board of Directors will play a critical role in the year ahead, leading the association in a time of change and helping members succeed,” said ACA International CEO Mark Neeb, in a statement. “The new members’ commitment to taking on volunteer leadership roles is critical for the association and the accounts receivable management industry. I look forward to working with the returning members and new officers as we continue to build momentum on the great work we’ve accomplished in the last year.”
ACA also announced that Mike Frost, Albert Cadena, and Stacy Willis are leaving the association’s Board of Directors.
G. Scott Purcell will take over as president of ACA International from Roger Weiss, whose term will end during the association’s annual conference, which will take place virtually starting today.
The Board of Directors also selected Kevin Baich to be President-Elect and Dan Desatnick as Treasurer for the 2020-2021 term.
Baich is described as a “passionate advocate” for the credit and collection industry and has been actively involved in ACA International’s affairs, chairing its Membership, Judicial, and Budget and Audit committees, according to the association.
