What is your career highlight so far?
My current position as Risk and Compliance Manager.
When or how are you most productive?
I am most productive after some good coffee! After all, I am a mom too and who doesn’t need a good coffee?
Which industry professional do you admire most?
There are many industry professionals that do an amazing job teaching about the industry, however I am most intrigued by John Bedard’s ability to think both from a compliance mind and operational mind to provide insight to agencies on both perspectives. Thank you for all you do!
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
I am a thinker personality … which could be good and bad! However, I’m not sure I do any one thing better than anyone else. Everyone has their own strengths, which makes each of us equally important in providing valuable input for the success of our companies and industry.
What do you like most about this industry?
The ability to educate borrowers and help them to be successful in working through their financial situations.
What is one thing you wish you could change about this industry?
Predatory attorneys.
