For those of you who are unable to make it to San Diego later this month for ACA International’s annual convention, the trade group is going to bring some of the convention right to your office.
The association has announced that it will offer free livestream access to four sessions on Monday, July 15. Individuals interested in signing up for free access to the live-streamed events can do so by registering here. ACA International is also looking for companies that are interested in sponsoring the livestream access.
The sessions being live-streamed on July 15 are (all times are in PDT):
- 8:00am — Agent Engagement and Gamification in the Modern Call Center
- 9:15am — Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Effective Technology for your Business
- 11:00am — Managing Your Brand – How to Handle Complaints & Reviews
- 2:00pm — Jump Start Your Text and Email Program – The Law, The Reg, The Solutions
Among the list of speakers for these sessions include names very familiar to those who participate in AccountsRecovery.net’s webinars, including Tim Collins from TrueAccord, Rozanne Andersen from Ontario Systems, David Kaminski from Carlson & Messer, Debra Ciskey, and Mike Frost from Malone Frost Martin.
The sessions are available to anyone, regardless of whether they are a member of ACA International or not.
