Ledet Named President & CEO of Credit Bureau Systems

Credit Bureau Systems Inc. announced several changes in executive leadership effective Oct. 1. Lloyd Ledet, CBS’ former chief operating officer, will assume the role of president and chief executive officer and William Edwards Jr. was named chief operating officer. Current CEO, Mark Edwards, will ascend to the role of chairman of the board.

Ledet has served as the company’s chief operating officer for the past three years and brings 32 years of revenue cycle and collection management experience to his role as chief executive officer. Will Edwards Jr. had previously served as senior VP for Credit Bureau Systems Kentucky operations since 2013.

Current CEO, Mark Edwards, will continue in an active role as board chairman and as a senior adviser to the newly appointed executives.
