Saul Freedman and Jeff Freedman, the co-CEOs of MRS BPO, were in Alabama yesterday, to cut the ribbon on a new office and share their plans to expand their business and hire as many as 200 new employees to staff the call center as part of their January acquisition of Vantage Sourcing.
The company trained 15 new employees last month and the next class of 22 trainees will begin on Monday. Between 20 and 25 new trainees will be brought in every month until the company fills the new call center, which can hold as many 200 employees.
“Our goal is to fill every seat in that office, and there’s more than 200 with room to expand,” Saul Freedman said in a published report. “The business is growing. We have business to bring down here. We already have new clients that have committed to us, and they want us to be handling the work here in Alabama based on where their customer base is.”
The 200 new employees is about double what MRS originally projected to hire after announcing the acquisition of Vantage.
