- I’m not quite sure why, but I enjoyed acting director Mick Mulvaney’s appearance before the Senate Banking Committee yesterday more than I enjoyed the appearance before the House Financial Services Committee a day earlier. - A Florida woman has filed a lawsuit against New Penn Financial, which is doing business as Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, alleging that an employee of the company sent her text messages using vulgar language as a means of inducing her to make a payment on her mortgage.
