TCN, a provider of cloud-based call center technology for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs, and collection agencies worldwide, has announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters to St. George, Utah.
The new office includes 12,000 square feet of office space, and provides “more room to accommodate TCN’s future growth,” the company said in a press release announcing the move.
This is just one in a series of moves that TCN is planning in 2018 to “heighten brand awareness and elevate its leadership in the contact center industry,” the company said. The next move will be to launch a refreshed website, which is expected to go live later this month.
“Relocating our global headquarters was a strategic move for TCN as we reach our 18-year company milestone and continue to look for new ways to innovate and advance our current technologies and services for the global contact center industry,” said Terrel Bird, co-founder and CEO of TCN. “With more space comes more opportunities, and we wanted to provide a work environment that would inspire new, creative thinking, foster a community-driven atmosphere, with the ability to grow and adapt with the company.”
