FLORIDA COLLECTION AGENCY OPENING NEW CALL CENTER

  • Medical Data Systems, a collection agency that focuses on the healthcare industry, has announced it is opening a new call center, which will house 250 representatives. It will be the company’s sixth office overall, and its second in Melbourne, Fla. MDS works with more than 460 different healthcare companies currently, according to a company press release.

APPEALS COURT RULES SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE COLLECTORS UNDER FDCPA
