GLITCH ACCIDENTALLY SENDS ACCOUNTS TO COLLECTIONS

  • A computer glitch at a Missouri hospital accidentally and incorrectly sent 6,200 accounts to a collection agency, which then sent notices to those individuals. Affected individuals were asked to contact the hospital so the mistake could be fixed.
