  • A Buffalo man who fired shots from a gun into the air last week, prompting school lockdowns and a manhunt, was firing while in the vicinity of a collection agency in Amherst, N.Y., according to a published report. Brandon Wallace, 29, has been arrested and is facing a third-degree felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon.
