AGENCY EVACUATED AFTER BOMB HOAX

A spokesman for the local police department said the agency had terminated a number of employees recently and that could be the motive for the hoax. The president of the agency said that the terminations were performance-related.
CFPB UNVEILS SMALL-DOLLAR LOAN RULE

Critics of the rule are vowing to sue the CFPB to keep the rule from going into effect while payday lenders say the rule will likely force them to go out of business.
